The French label Moustache will present this beautiful little piece of furniture by the Paris based designer Inga Sempé during this year’s Salone del Mobile in Milan. Have a look at the video, which describes the principle of ‘Balcon’.

The French designer Inga Sempé realised this new table and chair for the Swedish manufacturer Gärsnäs – a rather new challenge for the Paris based who has never worked with such a specialist for carpentry before. We met her in Stockholm and had a short chat about the pieces. Enjoy!

'Österlen' chair, back rest, detail, by Inga Sempé for Gärsnäs

The Paris based designer Inga Sempé recently completed this new chair and table for the Swedish manufacturer Gärsnäs. Especially the chair is characterised by its flattened round timber which improves on the one hand the comfort of the back rest and enables an elegant joinery on the other hand.

'Trame' mirror by Inga Sempé for Domestic

The French company Domestic is specialised in wall decorations, drawings, mirrors, stickers, all designed by well known designers, graphic designers and artists. The Paris based designer Inga Sempé recently finished her new creation for Domestic, a refelctive wall decoration which mirrors just a hint of its environment. One can imagine beautiful illuminations through incident sunlight this striped mirror would create. ‘Trade’ is made from self-adhesive PMMA.

The wall lamp ‘Écran’ is the second creation the French designer Inga Sempé designed for the Italian manfacturer Luceplan. Its body is made from cast aluminium. The diffuse illumination, produced by an energy-saving halogen bulb, is doubled to reach the setting both directly, through the white silk-screened glass diffuser, and indirectly, through a slit in the wall support towards the wall.

‘Archetype’ is a lamp with a classical shape, inspired by the traditional Scandinavian design adopted by Goodmorning Technology, the Danish company signing the project.

Its exterior structure is in painted aluminium and the internal diffuser is in transparent polycarbonate; integrated between these two elements is a warm white LED and an E27 screw attachment for connection to any standard-size traditional bulb holder.
