
'Dune' by Rainer Mutsch
Rainer Mutsch designed this new modular seating system for the German manufacturer Eternit, specialist for fibre cement panels. With ‘Dune’ the Austrian designer follows in the footsteps of the famous Willy Guhl who created the first Eternit armchair in 1954.

'EL2050' longchair by Labelform
The Swiss manufacturer Labelform recently came up with a new fibre cement longchair, designed by Dominique Helg.
The industrial-looking couch is made of Eternit which makes it capable being left outdoors throughout the year. The wide seating can be covered with special cushions made of various high-quality materials. ‘EL2050’ is vailable in two colours: light grey and anthracite.

'primavera' by Jörg Boner for Tossa
The Swiss manufacturer Tossa launched a new outdoor table by the Swiss designer Jörg Boner this year. The legs are made of eternit, the fibre cement which had its revival after the cancer-causing asbestos was removed from this useful material in the 1980s. The top is made of solid wood.
