
'Nagi' ("the calm of the sea") by UUfie
The Japan and Canada based architectural practice UUfie, founded by Eiri Ota and Irene Gardpoit Chan, realised this beautiful and highly flexible interior design of an apartment for a young family. The spacial concept is characterised by light and translucent curtains suspended on two curved steel railings of 13m and 4.5m in lengt.

'Onderhuids' by Anique Noordman
The Dutch designer and graduate from Design Academy Eindhoven Anique Noordman realised this series of delicate, “subcutaneously” patterned textiles as her final project. Due to geometric pieces of rubber and vinyl which are mounted behind the fabric the curtain recieves in a certain stiffness and the drapery appears according to the grid of the inlays.

'Gecko in the Box' by Création Baumann
Création Baumann developed this adhesive sunblinds with the fitting name ‘Gecko’. Recently the German manufacturer launched ‘Gecko in the box’, component parts in either organic shape of a leaf or geometric hexagons, which enables the user to create diverse arrangements and graphic pictures on pore free glass surfaces.

'Mountain' by Création Baumann
The Swiss textile manufacturer Création Baumann recently presented a new series of curtains which impress with soft and semi-transparent photo applications – ‘Mountain, Garden and ‘City’. The curtains consist of Trevira CS, which is a very light and flame-resistant material.
