French designer Arnaud Lapierre has updated his cubic mirror Ring installation that “breaks the perception of the place”.
“Ring is an installation which takes into consideration the urban space networking: the rhythm, flow, organization and spatial hierarchy.” says Lapierre.
“The installation embodies a visual effect that is to connect all of these interactions through the implementation of an optical effect: the repetition of a cubic mirror to break the perception of the place. This dynamic installation changes the relationships between individuals and the space they are going through.”
Ring is being shown at the Face à Face Festival in The Echapées Belles in Alençon, France until July 26th, 2014 and until until September 5th, 2014 on the Esplanade de la Halle aux Toiles.
