The Belgian fashion house Maison Martin Margiela strikes yet again and ventures back into the world of furniture design with this simple, asymmetric bookcase-cum-closet called ‘Lolo’. Manufactured by the Italian brand Cerruti Baleri, the self-assembly unit is made of solid exotic wood and birch plywood panels and it is available in two finishes: black and light grey.
More about ‘Lolo’:
‘Armoire with open structure in solid exotic wood (origin: equatorial africa) and birch plywood panels. Separately available, to complete the product, are: kit of 2 clothes hanger brass tubes (long and short) painted in black or light gray with brass assembly supports and kits of 4 (large or small) birch plywood shelves, painted in black or light gray, with assembly supports in wood. Lolo can also be combined with the folding screen Mademoiselle, used as external closing element.’
