OKOLO has launched their fourth annual magazine, this one titled ‘Liguria’, named for the north-western Italian coastline surrounding Genoa. ‘Liguria’ explores the “hidden architecture, design and culture gems” of the Ligurian coast says OKOLO.
Created in collaboration with collector and curator Fulvio Ferrari of Casa Mollino, the magazine showcases some of the interesting people, places and objects from Liguria including Ferrari’s own house in Borgio Verezzi, the architecture of Mario Galvagni, ceramics from Albisola, Gio Ponti’s monastery in San Remo, an archive of the Piaggio company and the story of the famous Chiavari chairs.
