'Emperor' table lamp by Neri & Hu for moooi
The Shanghai based practice Neri & Hu designed this series of lamps for the Dutch manufacturer moooi. Hand-made from bamboo and rattan ‘Emperor’ reflects the designers’s intention very well: the accentuation of contemporary Chinese design and traditional Chinese handcraft.

The diffuser is made from glass, the base and rack of the table and floor lamp is made from zamac and steel.
