Tokyo’s Spinoff has designed Beef & Liberty, the gourmet burger restaurant’s second Hong Kong shop in a popular retail area near Pacific Place.
“The target demographic is the highly sophisticated people who are attracted to the area, such as business persons in the neighborhood and families who visit on the weekends and holidays.” says Spinoff.
The restaurant is located on the third floor of the building. “The bar, which is the first sight when the elevator door opens, uses eye-catching Edison lamps. Cocktails and a variety of beers that are served with the burgers are viewable in one glance, creating a dramatic and attractive scene.”
“In the restaurant, the seats are laid out around the kitchen, where an active cooking ambiance can be felt. In order to complement the symbolic wall art of the restaurant by the street artist, Cyrcle, a dark brown and grayish simple tone was used.”
“Part of the art can be seen from places beyond the bar counter. Going towards the back of the restaurant, the entire story of the wall-covering art can be seen, providing a huge impact.”
“The simple interior decoration and art, that was the theme of this design, were well-arranged and balanced. A style that provides high quality service in a casual atmosphere was also expressed in the interior design.”
