Ingo Maurer was born in 1932 and founded his first practice in 1966. He is one of the most influential designers of the last century. And every year anew he surprises with his latest creations, which are popular because of their poetic interplay between technological and figurative design.
At the Euroluce in Milan this year Ingo Maurer presented among other objects the light and minimalist table lamp ‘ Tu-Be Two’. The light source – max. 40 watts halogen – is arrangd inside aluminium tubes. The ball joint makes it possible to turn and tilt the lamp in all directions. In addition the angle of the tubes is adjustable.
