Designed by Sara Larsson, the founder and designer behind the young Swedish furniture label A2, ‘Collect 2011′ is a new member of the cheerfully-coloured, geometrically-patterned cabinet collection ‘Collect’. Produced in Småland, southern Sweden, these playful wood-and-MDF cabinets feature a triangular relief decoration and are available in either typically-Scandinavian antiseptic white or bold bright colours such as canary yellow, fuchsia pink and indigo blue.

'Dexter' stool by Stockholm-based young designer and architect Andreas Farkas has been created in collaboration with the Swedish furniture manufacturer Lammhults
With an abundance of fresh ideas and youthful enthusiasm, it is no news that manufacturers and design houses repeatedly turn to young, up-and-coming designers when expanding or redeveloping their brands. And with a new strategy for 2011, the Swedish furniture manufacturer Lammhults did just that by inviting a number of ‘young designers who have a new approach to Lammhults’ design tradition’ to collaborate with them.
