The Dutch manufacturer Casala presented at this year’s Orgatec a large range of chairs all consisting of the same shell, combined with different bases. ‘Parker’ was designed by the German studio Kressel+Schelle and we got the chance to talk with the designers about the project personally.

At this year’s Orgatec from 26 – 30 October the Dutch manufacturer Casala will present this new family of office and multi-purpose chairs designed by the Hamburg based studio Kressel + Schelle. ‘Parker’ is composed of an upholstered shell which can be combined with thirty different frames – from star-base to cantilever, and from a low lounge chair to a high bar stool. Since ‘Parker’ is also available with a high backrest the chair is available in a total of 58 possible models.
