‘Roots’ Vases by Giorgio Bonaguro; photo by Andrea Basile Studio

The colourful roots of Giorgio Bonaguro’s glass vases can hold a single flower, but when placed upside-down the larger outer cylinder can hold a bunch. Bonaguro combines simple lines with an iconic shape: an outer clear glass cylinder is joined with an internal element in coloured glass which represents the roots of a flower. Made of blown borosilicate glass.
