A solid base and a simple screen, end of story. This minimalist table lamp, meant for shelves, was created by the Norwegian designer and former member of Norway Says Andreas Engesvik.
Here is what the designer explains:
“The lamp gives light to the surrounding planes and defines the volume/space in the shelf itself. The lamp brings light into a shelf structure and allows a change in modus in comparison with the rest of the shelves containing books etc. Low tech diffusion of the light, along with archetypical shapes and elements, creates a mystical apperance.”
