'Poliart' collection of coffee tables by Luca Nichetto for Casamania
Italian designer Luca Nichetto has created a fascinating collection of coffee tables for Casamania, inspired by his love of travel. The form of each of the four table-tops is based on a different European city – Paris, Barcelona, Venice and Istanbul – as it would appear in a city map, albeit in a stylised, abstracted way.

Made of powder-coated aluminium, the tables, beyond their topographical playfulness, serve a more serious social function: a percentage of the profits from the sale of the Poliart collection is be donated to carefully selected cultural associations in each of the four cities.
