'Nagasaki' chair by Mathieu Matégot for Gubi
The Danish manufactruer Gubi launched at this year’s Stockholm Furniture Fair a re-edition of the ‘Nagasaki’ chair and ‘Kangourou’ coffee table designed in the 1950s by the Hungarian designer Mathieu Matégot. Both pieces are composed of a light metal frame covered with perforated sheet metal.

The nesting table ‘Kangourou’ is also characterised by a beautiful detail – brass gaiters on each leg.
