Exhibited during this year’s Milan Salone del Mobile, ’Volcano, Mammoth, Meteor’ is a vividly-coloured series comprising a tapestry, an ottoman and a rug illustrated with quasi-childlike imaginative prints inspired by the cultural heritage of designers’ native Finland. Referencing Mysticism and Nordic folklore, each of the pieces features bold, expressive scenes capturing the continuously altering magical world of Scandinavian fables.
