The blown glass part of Marianne Andersen’s ‘In Theory’ pendant, in one of a series, has a gradient that goes from coloured to clear glass in contrast with the pine wood centre containing the light source.
Being hold-blown, “The density and shape is unique for each pendant and has a deliberate function to esthetically amplify the diversity that is characteristic for manually blown glass.” says Andersen.
In Theory was shown at the State of Things exhibition at the 2013 Stockholm Furniture Fair.
