Young British designer and winner of numerous design awards Benjamin Hubert has created a highly architectural task lamp for Swedish manufacturer Örsjö, currently on show at the Stockholm Furniture Fair 2011.

Referencing in its form and use of material the language of larger-scale engineering, ‘Crane’ features a bank of LEDs housed in a perforated aluminium casing. A simple clamp allows the horizontal lighting element to be both rotated and adjusted in terms of height.
