‘Calc’ modular ceiling lamp by Marco Bisenzi for B.Lux
Marco Bisenzi has created a modular ceiling lamp for technical ceilings that uses glare-free, energy-efficient LEDs as the light source.
Specifically designed to be installed in offices and workplaces, the 60 x 60 cm Calc is available as a surface, recessed and semi-recessed lamp. Each Calc lamp is fitted with 17 3-watt CREE bulbs. When installed in 2.5 meter high ceilings, Calc provides uniform lighting for work spaces with levels reaching as high as 600 lux. Integrated into the ceiling, Calc is practically imperceptible and yet provides optimum lighting.
Calc is part of the DECO collection by B.Lux which in recent years has been exploring the aesthetic possibilities of LED technology, combining sustainability and design.
