'Bianca' by Franco Albini for Tacchini
The ‘Bianca’ armchair had been designed by the Italian design icon Franco Albini in 1939 as an addition to the furnishings of the prestigious Villa Monzino on Lake Como in Northern Italy.
73 years after its design, this so far unseen model is presented by Tacchini on the occasion of this year’s Salone del Mobile.
The sleek wooden frame is combined with a comfortable seat which is upholsterd in soft foam.
