Located in the 7th district of Paris is restaurant Il Vino, the first one star restaurant of Enrico Bernardo, voted the world’s best wine sommelier in 2004. For the decor, Franco-American interior design duo Emma Donnersberg and Michel Amar developed a “theatrical architecture that put us in the best years of the dolce vita” say the designers.
Design Post 2014
The historic halls of a former post office in the Deutz quarter of Cologne was the host for the 2014 edition of Design Post Köln. In addition to the imm cologne exhibition, Architonic was at Design Post to document the international interior design brands presenting there this year. Coffee Tables in solid oak by Oliver Conrad
“R”, the rounded edge piece in Oliver Conrad’s CT series, is sawn from a log which is at least 180 years old then planed and sanded in the OC workshop. The CT R coffee table was launched by Conrad in 2000, but the iconic design is timeless. Location and room temperature will affect the piece and cause the typical cracks.
