Architectural Series (1960) – a wood-wrapped lounge chair characterized by a more straightforward, architectural form.
American design brand M2L has signed an exclusive agreement with the Harvey Probber Foundation to reissue a number of Probber’s modern, elegant and innovative furniture designs that captured people’s hearts for the second half of the 20th century. The initial launch will include pieces from his popular Architectural Series as well as the modular Nuclear Coffee Table, sculptural Mayan Sofa, Sling Chair and Deep Tuft sectional sofa.

The Office for Metropolitan Architecture has been announced as a finalist in the competition to design media company Axel Springer’s new Media Campus in Berlin. One of three practices chosen along with BIG and ole scheeren, OMA is now entering the final stage of the competition. The winner is expected to be announced in the new year following a series of public consultations.
